The participant agrees to the following terms and conditions.

CMHA Waterloo Wellington is committed to providing high-quality training and education to improve and support mental wellness and increase suicide intervention skills. Both instructors and learners must create and fosters a positive and safe learning environment that is respectful.

Every participant in a CMHA Waterloo Wellington training or education has the right to be free from violence, harassment and discrimination. Mutual respect and cooperation must be basis of all interactions between participants and instructors.

Behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or interferes with a safe learning environment will not be tolerated. CMHA Waterloo Wellington Employees have the right to ask participants to leave the training. No refunds will be issued.

Registrants agree to pay the fee stated to CMHA Waterloo Wellington.

Cancellation by the participant less than 48 hours in advance will result in the full fee of the course being charged.

Cancellation by CMHA Waterloo Wellington will result in offering alternative dates for up to 1 year from the date of your cancelled session. If no date can be found, then CMHA WW will provide a refund by cheque to the registered name and address.

Incomplete courses will not be reimbursed.

No materials may be copied and reproduced without express consent from CMHA Waterloo Wellington.
